The Medical Center of Calico Rock is an acute care medicare-approved hospital, six physician clinic and home health agency providing medical, surgical, obstetric, and psychiatric services. The hospital includes a full physical therapy center along with laboratory, radiology, and 24-hour emergency room. 24 hour EMT ambulance service is also available. Medical helicopter service to secondary and tertiary hospitals are called for immediate transport for specialized care.

The White River Convalescent Center provides skilled long-term nursing care for up to 91 residents. The center was selected as the most outstanding skilled care facility in Arkansas in 1985 by the Office of Long Term Care, a division of the Arkansas Human Services Department.

A dental clinic and a modern well-stocked pharmacy with registered pharmacists on staff.
